These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the mlweb online betting and casino platform. By registering an account or placing any bet on mlweb, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
18+ Age Requirement
Access to mlweb is strictly limited to adults aged 18 years and older. Registration by or on behalf of any person under this age is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered account on mlweb. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a violation of these terms and subject to immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
Taka-Denominated Accounts
All player accounts on mlweb are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform when displaying monetary amounts.
Fair Play Standards
All games on the mlweb platform use certified random number generation systems. Any attempt to exploit software errors, engage in collusion, or use automated betting tools or bots is prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of outstanding balances.
Terms May Be Updated
mlweb reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates are communicated via a notice on the platform. It is the player's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Definitions & Interpretation
The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms and Conditions. Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words importing one gender include all genders.

References to "mlweb", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the operator of the Platform. References to "you" or "your" refer to the Player. These Terms and Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. No provision shall be construed against mlweb solely on the basis that it was drafted by mlweb.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an active Account on mlweb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. mlweb enforces this age limit strictly and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process prior to approving any withdrawal request.
- You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own true identity. Registration on behalf of another person, or using another person's identity or payment credentials, is strictly prohibited.
- You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the mlweb Platform. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of these Terms.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If any law in your jurisdiction prohibits you from entering into contracts of this nature, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of mlweb or any company within the same operating group.
mlweb reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period — typically five (5) business days from the date of the request — may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.
Where mlweb has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above, the Platform reserves the right to suspend the Account immediately, freeze all funds therein, and conduct a formal review. If the review confirms a breach of eligibility, the Account will be closed and any balance may be returned to the originating payment method after deducting the value of any bonuses claimed during the ineligible period.
Account Registration & Verification
To access the full functionality of the mlweb Platform — including placing bets, accessing live casino tables, and processing withdrawals — you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile phone number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. mlweb strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication, which sends a one-time PIN to your registered Bangladeshi phone number at each login session. You must notify mlweb immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is a mandatory step before your first withdrawal may be processed. As part of KYC, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A clear photographic copy of a government-issued photo ID — National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of your current residential address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three (3) months.
- In certain cases, proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits — for example, a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad wallet registered in your name.
mlweb will process KYC documentation within five (5) business days of submission. Withdrawals requested before KYC is completed will be placed in a pending queue and released only upon successful verification. mlweb does not charge any fee for KYC processing.
You are responsible for keeping your Account information current and accurate. If your contact details, address, or payment method change, you must update your Account profile promptly. mlweb accepts no liability for failed communications or failed payments arising from outdated Account information.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the mlweb Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change and may vary based on your location within Bangladesh and applicable technical constraints at the time of the transaction.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. mlweb does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times are as follows:
- Mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): Typically within 2–4 hours of approval, and in most cases within 30 minutes during business hours (09:00–22:00 BST).
- Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, City, Islami, Sonali): 1–3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
- Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard): 3–5 business days, subject to card network processing times.
mlweb reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request that triggers our fraud detection protocols. In such cases, the withdrawal may be temporarily held for up to ten (10) business days pending a satisfactory review outcome. Players will be notified by email if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.
Funds deposited into your mlweb Account must be used for betting and gaming activity. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing them without any genuine wagering activity constitutes abuse of the Platform's payment infrastructure and may result in Account suspension. mlweb does not offer a cash-out or money-transfer service.
Betting Rules & Game Conduct
All bets placed on the mlweb Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sports market, or betting product. These product-level rules are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the product-level rules, the product-level rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game or market in question.
Cricket and Sports Betting: All cricket and sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. Live in-play odds are updated in real time; once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. mlweb reserves the right to void any bet that was placed after the relevant event or outcome has already occurred, including bets placed as a result of delayed live-stream feeds.
Casino Games: All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games such as Plinko, and European Roulette — use certified random number generators or live dealer systems supplied by internationally recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Game outcomes are determined at the point of play and are final. Technical malfunctions — such as connectivity interruptions during a game round — are handled in accordance with the individual game provider's disconnection policy, which is displayed within the game interface.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mlweb Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any related winnings, and potential permanent Account closure:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- Collusion with other players or with Platform staff to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
- Exploitation of software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors — any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and will not be paid.
- Arbitrage betting strategies or systematic exploitation of bonus structures in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
- Any form of fraudulent, dishonest, or deceptive conduct in connection with your Account or any transaction on the Platform.
mlweb monitors betting activity continuously for patterns inconsistent with legitimate recreational play. Where such patterns are identified, mlweb reserves the right to void relevant bets and restrict or close the Account, with any outstanding real-money Balance (net of bonus funds) returned to the Player's verified payment method.
Bonuses & Promotions
mlweb offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins on selected slot titles, and seasonal promotions tied to major Bangladesh and international sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.
Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry date are stated clearly within each offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit; bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain unconverted at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
Bonus Eligibility: Each bonus offer specifies the player eligibility conditions — for example, whether it is available to new registrants only, to Players who have made a deposit within a specified period, or to all active accounts. A Player may not hold more than one active bonus of the same type simultaneously unless the offer terms explicitly permit this. mlweb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retrospectively affect bonus funds already credited to a Player's Account.
Abuse of Bonuses: Claiming bonuses without any genuine intention to engage in recreational play, or systematically exploiting promotional offers across multiple accounts or payment methods, constitutes bonus abuse. mlweb reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where abuse is identified. The standard for identifying bonus abuse is reasonable suspicion supported by account activity data.
Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), BPL season, and IPL are announced via on-platform notifications and are available to eligible registered Players for the stated promotional period only. Bangladesh public holidays such as Victory Day (December 16) and Independence Day (March 26) may also be occasion for special promotional offers.
Account Suspension & Closure
mlweb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, fair play rules, or payment conduct rules.
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or the KYC process.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by mlweb.
- Identification of a Player as a minor (under 18 years of age) at any point during their Account's existence.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct involving the Platform.
- Conduct by the Player that mlweb reasonably considers to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward Platform staff or other players.
Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, mlweb will conduct a review to determine the treatment of any remaining Balance. In cases of confirmed fraud or terms violation, mlweb reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account Balance. In cases where no breach is substantiated, the verified real-money Balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days.
Voluntary Account Closure: Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons, financial management purposes, or as part of a responsible gaming decision — may do so by contacting mlweb support at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC being complete.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate the self-exclusion tool from within their Account settings. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible once confirmed. A self-excluded Player must not attempt to register a new Account on the Platform; any Account opened in breach of a self-exclusion order will be closed immediately and the associated Balance forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mlweb's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mlweb shall not be liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any of the following categories of loss or damage, even if mlweb has been advised of the possibility of such loss:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
- Loss or damage arising from a Player's reliance on information or content displayed on the Platform that is later found to be inaccurate.
- Service interruptions caused by factors outside mlweb's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service provider failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party system failures.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the Player's payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank networks, card networks, etc.).
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mlweb does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or compatible with every device or browser configuration. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect Platform availability.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude mlweb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the product-level game and betting rules referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between mlweb and the Player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
